Hostería Futalaufquen.
CHUBUT Esquel, Chubut. A solid and imposing hostel in the magnificent National Park. It was built by Bustillo, with his particular architectural style, in one of the most beautiful spots of Los Alerces Park.

Dark wood and solemn stairways grant it an elegant atmosphere, matching perfectly with the amazing view of the Futalaufquen. The best rooms are precisely those overlooking the lake.


Hostería El Pedregoso.
CHUBUT Cholila, Chubut. A magic hostel on the banks of Lake Cholila. In addition to the fascinating history of Butch Cassidy and the general atmosphere of the place, there is the magic touch of Chela Ruiz, which can be seen in every corner, making the Hostería del Pedregoso shine inside as much as the bright yellow walls of the exterior.

CHUBUT Delicious cuisine and beautiful excursions. Fishing, trekking, canoeing, and climbing the Tres Picos Mountain, are some of the various possibilities offered here. Access is 6y a hanging bridge which "isolates" the guests in this enchanting spot. Here, the green lawn is an unexpected and pleasant surprise.

Hostería Paradise.
CHUBUTPuerto Pirámides, Chubut. The best option for those who come with their mind set on seeing the whales. It is located some 200 metres from the port. There are also diving instructors who take you out to see sea urchins and starfish. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped. The best choices are the two rooms with hydro-massage and capacity for four. Mumo's cuisine enjoys the best reputation in the region. Try his grilled squid and his home-made pasta. They also rent out bicycles and horses to explore the Golfo Nuevo Bay.

Cabanas de Brondo.
CHUBUT Lago La Plata. Chubut. Privileged location with beautiful natural surroundings. This cabins are situated exactly where the Union River and Lake La Plata meet. The river, in turn, connects Lake La Plata with Lake Fontana; rainbow and fontinalis trouts have established their territory in both lakes. The complex - the former Hostería y Cabanas Huente-Có - offers comfortable accomodation with private bath, hot water and heating. Launches can be rented with guide included. Some 300 metres from these cabins there is a landing strip for Twin Otter type aircraft.

Bahía Arenal.
CHUBUTLago La Plata, Chubut. Right behind Lake Fontana, where the River Union joins the two lakes, is where Eduardo Mayer conceived this fishing lodge at the age of 81. He had it built from scratch and provided it with absolutely everything: hydro-electric turbine to avoid pollution, sewage treatment chambers and jacuzzis with view to the lake.
CHUBUT In addition to the rainbow and fontinalis that can be found in these waters, there are the beautiful lenga tree woods, the glaciers and snowy peaks, immaculate and untouched, only a few hours away on horseback. Bahia Arenal is a not only a dream for fishermen, it is a truly extraordinary spot.
